The Vancouver Island Construction Association is offering a multi-day course to help team leaders discover a more effective way of leading. The course is scheduled for 2 hours a day on Tuesdays and Thursdays between September 22 and October 1.
Leadership is an inside-out exercise, and this course will give you tools to better understand your own leadership strengths, how to motivate others, and how to listen and communicate better with your team.
Course attendees will also have access to two hours of one-on-one coaching over the month after the course to help answer any questions or real-world problems.
