Site prep begun for mixed commercial-residential on Anderton in Comox

Site preparation has begun for an 84 unit, four-storey, mixed commercial-residential project in Comox on Anderton Road. Engineering drawings are being finalized and a building permit application is expected this month.

Funding for Glenmore Dike upgrades in Oyster River

The Strathcona Regional District has received funding for structural upgrades to the Glenmore Dike in Oyster River. A request for proposal for detailed design and construction of the upgrades is expected this month.

Twelve new and previously published tenders

This week’s issue includes twelve new and previously published tenders, including general construction, site and road work, wastewater inspection, and supply of a prefabricated building.
