WestUrban Developments in Campbell River has submitted a development permit application for a 56-unit apartment building and 40-unit townhouse complex next to The Rise in Crown Isle.

The City of Courtenay has received a development permit application for a 56-unit apartment building and 40-unit townhouse complex near Costco. The apartments will be built as rental accommodations while the townhouses may be sold or rented.

Multi-phase residential project planned by the Gwa’sala-’Nakwaxda’xw Nation in Port Hardy

A $24 million multi-phase residential project in Port Hardy is being planned by the Gwa’sala-’Nakwaxda’xw Nation. An application to BC Housing has been submitted as the scope of the project depends on funding.
