Trilogy has submitted an environmental permit application for the propose CAYET Discovery project in Cumberland.

Trilogy’s environmental development permit anticipated to go before Cumberland council in Jan., 2018

Trilogy submitted an environmental development permit earlier this year for the 11 separate lots located in a 700-acre area in Cumberland and this application is expected to be presented to council for the first time in January of 2018.

Large new cannabis project proposed for Powell River estimated to cost between $6 and $7million

Medical cannabis producer Santè Veritas Therapeutics is currently in talks with City of Powell River and Catalyst Paper Corporation for expansion as it continues to convert a building on Ash Avenue into a medical-marijuana growing facility. Santè Veritas signed a memorandum of understanding with the city in 2013 that included provisions for the company to lease the former Catalyst administration building and have the option to purchase other property. The company is spending between $6 and $7 million on the building’s conversion which is expected to be completed in January, 2018.
