Courtenay approves development permit application for a 79 unit rental apartment building

Courtenay City Council has approved a development permit application for a 79 unit apartment building on Braidwood Avenue. The applicant hopes to start construction in early 2019 and all of these units will be rented.

Campbell River receives rezoning application for a 51 unit apartment building

The City of Campbell River has received a rezoning application for a 51 unit apartment building. An application is expected to be presented to council for consideration of first reading in December or January.

BC Housing Releases tender for a new multi-storey residential development in Powell River

A new multi-storey residential development in Powell River is moving forward. BC Housing has released a request for proposal for Construction Management Services. See the tenders section for more information.
