New Residential Low-Rise Apartment Buildings are now under construction at 19 Wing Comox, and are expected to be complete in August of this year.

New apartments at 19 Wing Comox

Construction started last week on Residential Low-Rise Apartment Buildings at 19 Wing Comox, and is expected to be complete in August of this year. Kinetic Construction has been awarded the design build/contract to provide the necessary services for the complete design and construction of all aspects of the eight low rise apartment building.

Church Street Tap House receives development permit

Comox council gave the owners of the proposed Church Street Tap House approval for their development permit. Once all approvals are in place, construction is anticipated to begin.

Goose Spit sewer line upgrade

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is looking to upgrade the sewer line on Goose Spit. The CVRD presented details of the construction work to the public at an open house this week and the information is also available on the CVRD’s website.
