19 Wing Comox seeking Design Build firms for construction of low-rise apartments

Defence Construction Canada is inviting design-build firms to submit Proposals for the design and construction services specific to the construction of eight low-rise units. The Design-Builder will be required to provide the necessary services for the complete design and construction of all aspects of the project. Town of Comox seeks contractors for work on the Marina Park Vitalization Project

The Town of Comox is seeking contractors with previous experience in construction projects for the Marina Park Vitalization Project. A site visit for interested contractors will take place on February 10th commencing at 1pm at the Town of Comox council chambers. The project budget is $1.89 million. Phase I of the marina project will be funded by grants from Island Coastal Economic Trust and Western Economic Diversification Canada.

Expressions of Interest sought for expansion to Berwick Comox Valley

The owner of Berwick Comox Valley is seeking Expressions of Interest for the construction of an addition to the existing Berwick building. The addition will be approximately 32,000 sq. ft. in size and the construction of 34 residential units will be done in accordance with sound attenuation standards and LEED Silver or an equivalent construction standard. The design also gives provision for an ambulance station and onsite training facilities. The owner is seeking Expressions of Interests for the following services: site preparation, foundation, framing, mechanical, electrical, drywall, painting, roofing, interior finishing and flooring.
