This property is located at the south end of Cliffe Avenue, across from the Anfield Mall where Walmart is located. Courtenay Council has approved a development variance permit to allow for 117 parking stalls for the project. There will be a total of 94 rental units once this project is complete.

In November of last year, Crowne Pacific Developments sought pricing for all sub-trades on this project. The City and Crowne Pacific Development Corp. have come to a tentative agreement regarding the infrastructure for the downstream sanitary sewer and for the proposed intersection design. Construction is expected to begin once all approvals are in place.
