Courtenay Developer Meeting in Around Town
The City or Courtenay’s development services team is planning for another City-development community meeting with a tentative lunchtime meeting on Thursday, March 20. Staff would like to discuss: Building Code and Bylaw updates including zero carbon emissions step code and relocating buildings; findings from the infill DPA consultation; and the Downtown Vitalization Local Area Plan process.
The date, time, and location are yet to be confirmed. Contact planning@courtenay.ca to be added to the developer’s email list. The City will be undertaking a number of initiatives related to planning, infrastructure and supporting development throughout 2025.
