Restart BC: Reopening BC starts mid May with elective surgeries, dentistry and other health services, retail sales, hair salons, restaurants, office worksites, child care, opening parks and recreation. COVID-19 related social distancing and hygiene guidelines are required to be followed. Construction site guidelines remain the same from March 22. and
