Town of Comox Issues Request for Expression of Interest on Municipal Works Yard Upgrade
The Town of Comox has issued a Request for Expression of Interest for general contractors for the Comox Municipal Works Yard Upgrade Project (details at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca). The tender package for the pre-engineered metal building shell component of the project is about to be issued to the five previously short-listed contractors. That contract will ultimately be assigned to the successful general contractor.
Campbell River Construction Activity Reported in National News
Construction activity in Campbell River has made the national news. ReNew Canada has included two major Campbell River projects as part of its National Top 100 List. The January-February 2014 issue of the infrastructure magazine highlights the North Island Hospitals Project and John Hart Generating Station Replacement Project among the top projects in Canada.
