Building Permit Issued for New Warehouse in Campbell River

A building permit has been issued this week in the amount of $700,000 for a new warehouse that will be built behind the Ironwood Mall in Campbell River. The new building will be approximately 15,000 square feet and will be used to store recreational vehicles, cars, boats, large machinery, and other types of equipment and vehicles. Construction is expected to begin this week.

City of Courtenay Approves Development Permit Application for Multi-Family Project

A development permit application has received approval from Courtenay council this week for a multi-family project of 32 units located on Dingwall Road. This project will include townhouses, studios, duplexes, and condominiums that will range in size from 800 to 1,600 square feet. Construction is expected to begin once the building permits have been issued.
