The Vancouver Island Econimic Alliance is hosting its annual economic summit Wednesday & Thursday, October 24 & 25 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo.Since 2007, the Vancouver Island Economic Alliance has been providing a tradeshow and a forum for businesses and stakeholders on Vancouver Island to network, learning about new initiatives and exploring opportunities. This year’s economic summit is scheduled for Wednesday & Thursday, October 24 & 25 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo.

The two-day event includes high profile keynote speakers, discussion sessions on emerging economic issues and opportunities, project and community initiatives with Vancouver Island leaders, as well as networking exposure for attending businesses. Attendees include major infrastructure representatives, political and business leaders, small business and technology entrepreneurs, all with interest in emerging opportunities and solutions to barriers to investment and economic development prospects.
