Altiverise Proposing Retirement Residence Near Home Hardware in Courtenay

Altiveris Group of Companies is moving forward with designs for a proposed retirement residences project called Tiger Lily in Courtenay, by the river on Anderton Aveune. It is a full-service, multiple-care-level seniors’ retirement residence with condominiums and rental apartments for independent living, supportive living, assisted living and dementia care. Development permit and re-zoning applications are expected to be made in November. The proposed site is the riverfront location in downtown Courtenay at the south end of the current Home Hardware storage yard on Anderton Avenue.

Campbell River Ford Dealership has Submitted Development Permit Application for New Building

A development permit has been submitted for a new building to house the Ford dealership. The building will be 30,000 sq. ft. in size. Construction drawings are underway and Ketza Pacific Construction is the project consultant. Construction is expected to begin once all approvals are in place.

Toyota Dealership in Campbell River Submits Development Permit Application for Addition and Renovation

A development permit application has been submitted for the new 18,000 sq. ft. addition and renovation to the existing building in Campbell River. Some of the existing building will be demolished. Ketza Pacific Construction is the project manager. Construction is expected to begin in early 2015 once the building permit is in place.
