A building permit has been issued for 525 Dogwood Street South in Campbell River in the amount of $4.2 million. Seymour Pacific Development proposes to develop a four storey, 70 unit, multi- family residential building on the east side of Dogwood Street South directly south of the Merecroft Village commercial centre.

Trade and supply bids are being sought for 35-unit residential project in Courtenay

M’akola Housing Society has issued a tender for construction of the Braidwood Supportive Housing project in Courtenay. AFC Construction has been hired as Construction Manager.
