Peter Crawford, director of planning services for the City of Courtenay is retiring

Peter Crawford, director of planning services for the City of Courtenay is retiring on Friday, May 29. I first met Peter when he was a planner with the Comox Valley Regional District in 1992. I have been talking with him for 22 years about various projects in the Comox Valley and he has been a valuable source of information for our publication. Upon leaving his position at the City of Courtenay, he plans to spend more time with his family and grand children. We wish him all the very best in his retirement.

Once all approvals are in place, it is hoped that construction will start in the fall of 2015.
