The Strathcona Regional District board has adopted an expanded concept plan for the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex in Campbell River and is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of architectural and professional design services related to the proposed redevelopment.

Strathcona Regional District adopts expanded concept plan for Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex in Campbell River

The Strathcona Regional District board has adopted an expanded concept plan for the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex in Campbell River and is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of architectural and professional design services related to the proposed redevelopment. The estimated total cost for the project is currently at $47 million. Subject to funding, construction could begin in 2020.

The Comox Valley Regional District seeks Consultant for  pedestrian bridge connecting to Cumberland Railway Trail

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking a qualified Consultant for the planning, design and installation of a pedestrian bridge over Highway 19 using a pre-purchased span. The crossing would connect the Royston to Cumberland Railway Trail land parcels that are separated by Highway 19. This pedestrian bridge is currently being used to span the Trans-Canada Highway as part of the McKenzie Interchange project in Saanich.

The City of Campbell River invites tenders for the Waterfront Sewer Upgrades Phase I project

The City of Campbell River invites tenders for the Waterfront Sewer Upgrades Phase I project, including gravity sanitary sewers, manholes, services and connection, restoration and all related appurtenances, and preparation work for paving and scheduling with a paving contractor. Asphalt paving is excluded from this contract and will be done by the City under a separate, standing paving contract.
