Interior and exterior finishing is underway for for the new 71-unit residential building known as Riverstone in Courtenay. These condominiums will be listed for sale, and move in is slated to begin in August.

Interior and exterior finishing is underway for the new 71-unit residential building known as Riverstone in Courtenay. Originally intended as a rental building, the units will now be sold as condominiums. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units will be available. Construction is expected to be complete in June, and move-in is slated for August.

North Island College seeking bids for Campbell River Trades Facility

North Island College has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the North Island College (NIC) – Campbell River Trades Facility Replacement and Campus Consolidation Project in Campbell River, for firms to participate in a Design Assist (DA) capacity that will involve providing pre-construction and construction services.

Mandatory site meeting to be held May 16 for HVAC upgrade to Port Hardy Secondary School

School District #85 (Vancouver Island North) is proceeding with Phase II of an HVAC Upgrade to the Port Hardy Secondary School, and a tender has been released. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 at 12:00 pm starting at the main entrance of Port Hardy Secondary School.
