City council has given first three readings to a Development Works Agreement Authorization Bylaw for Jubilee Heights in Campbell River. Jubilee Heights will provide diverse housing options along with a vibrant walkable commercial neighbourhood.

Jubilee Heights in Campbell River is expected to get first reading for Phase 1, 30 lots in June

City council has given first three readings to a Development Works Agreement Authorization Bylaw for Jubilee Heights in Campbell River; fourth reading is scheduled for the next council meeting. This agreement is an important step in Timberwest’s application for a subdivision expected to include single family and multi-family lots in the area of Dogwood and South Alder Streets. As proposed, approximately 30 lots will be included in the first phase.

Workers needed for Sugerloaf Bridge Replacement Project in Zeballos

Surespan Construction is currently looking to hire local workers for the Sugerloaf Bridge Replacement Project in Zeballos and more information can be found on the village website.

CVRD holds open house on June 12 to show plans of new Civic Centre

Comox Valley residents are invited to a drop-in public open house to provide feedback on the Civic Centre regional office schematic design and ask questions of the architect and CVRD staff.
