Defence Construction Canada issues tender for the Hangar 7 Remediation and Systems Replacement.

Defence Canada has issued a tender for a Construction Manager to undertake the Hangar 7 Remediation and Systems Replacement using a Construction Management approach. The estimated cost for ongoing renovations to Hanger 7 is $36 million over 5 to 7 years.  See the tender section for more information.

Port Alberni’s newest 23-acre multi-use development starts this Fall.

Port Alberni’s newest 23-acre mixed-use project, Anderson Hill, is expected to start development this Fall. When completed, the 220 to 280 home community will include single-family homes, townhouses and apartments, with the potential for commercial and civic uses.
