St. Joseph’s Hospital (through Knappet Construction) has issued a sub-trades only tender as part of the renovation of Eagle View Wing Hospice located in Comox. The tender will include the following sub-trades: Acoustic Ceilings, Aluminum Guardrails, Architectural Woodwork, Doors and Hardware, Flooring, Gypsum Board, Insulation, Mechanical, Miscellaneous Specialties, Painting, Roofing, Washroom Accessories. The City of Courtenay invites proposals from qualified contractors for the supply and construction of a building addition for the Courtenay Lawn Bowling Clubhouse located at Bill Moore Park. The work shall include all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a 24 ft by 36 ft wood frame building, shell only, on a concrete foundation adjacent to the existing Lawn bowling Clubhouse. Crowne Pacific Developments is seeking pricing for all sub-trades for The Acadia, an apartment building project in Courtenay, which includes: two identical four-storey buildings, each containing 47 units for a total of 94 rental units. This property is located at the south end of Cliffe Avenue, across from the Anfield Mall where Walmart is located.
