Around Town: Comox Valley Regional District’s Civic Centre AAP official results are in

On July 6 the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) began its Alternative Approval Process (AAP) for the tax neutral Civic Centre regional office building. The regional office building, currently located within the flood plain, provides essential services (garbage, sewer and water) daily to thousands of residents regionally. To ensure effective service delivery, the CVRD board determined a new regional office building was a strategic priority. (more…)
